A new home, new business and new bikes
In the fall of 2018 Ida and I moved to a new house in Sineu. It took a lot of time and energy but we like it a lot living in the village. But of course we miss our amazing garden that we had before.
We have lived in SIneu since April 2017. Before that we lived in Palma for 4 years. To move to the country side was really good for my training. And we love the tranquility out here. When we want to visit Palma we can take the train there and be in the city centre in 40 minutes.
This fall I also changed bike brand from Canyon to BMC. I've used Canyon since 2012. To have the same bike brand for 6 years is not extremely common. But I enjoyed the bikes and I've just gotten better and better.
But it was time for a change. I wanted to change our deal but Canyon did not. So I used the bikes the entire season and then I changed to BMC. I'm extremely happy with my Timemachine Road 01 Disc. You can check it out in the video below.
New coaching service
I've started to work on a new coachings service with Ida. It's another change we did. We launched a new service to make coaching more available. I still do my old coaching (Premium) but I'm adding this new service that we are calling Coaching Go.
My own training goes really well too. I'm training as much as I possibly can. Nothing is stopping me. This week I'm landing at 25-30 hours of training. Volume is not the most important thing. But that I have the possibility to do it feels really good.
It feels like I am back :)
